Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.


Return Eligibility

Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Free of stains, odors, or damage

  • Returned with original packaging (if applicable)


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item arrived damaged or incorrect, STAYBREEZY will cover shipping.


No Restocking Fee

We do not charge restocking fees on approved returns.


Final Sale Items

Products in our Final Sale Collection are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
They will be clearly marked as Final Sale.


Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed within the 14-day window, based on availability.
Exchanges are only offered for size or color of the same item.


Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval.
Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.
